All Trading Junks, Fishing Junks, Lighters, Cargo Boats, Water

Boats and Fish Drying Hulks to be provided with Junk Cer-

-tificate of Registry.

The number of the Registry Certificate to be branded on the

stem, tabernacle and sternpost. (page 1).

Unlicensed Junks to be no longer recognised.

Fee for Junk Certificate of Registry for Junks up to 500

piculs capacity.

All Licences to be annual.

(2). The effect of 1 and 2 will be that only 4 kinds of

licences will be required:-
